Responsibilities:
- Orders and inventories beverage supplies.
- Monitors cost control (labor, cost of sales and direct expenses).
- Manages and oversees the beverage team members to include to scheduling, coaching, reviews and any other pertinent team member matters.
- Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with ABC and state regulations.
- Ensures that qualified individuals are selected and trained in all areas of responsibility.
- Adheres to property policies.
- Must be able to communicate with team members
- Any other duties as assigned
