Be the Best Caregiver Supervisor You Can Be 

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

 

Responsibilities:  

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

  • Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
  • Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
  • Coach, counsel, mentor and evaluate the performance of Caregivers.
  • Conduct home visits as necessary, to provide hands on training and assistance
  • Responsible for scheduling and monitoring / reporting all required client visits and coordinate and manage agency onboarding and new hire orientation process for all care partners and special attendants.
