• Drive Sales: Motivate your team to achieve sales goals with our best brand products.
• Create a Positive Environment: Ensure a professional, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and associates.
• Personalized Customer Service: Proactively assist customers with personalized, customized service to make their experience amazing every time.
• Efficient Operations: Oversee receiving, stocking, and pricing of merchandise.
• Maintain Excellence: Ensure the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area are clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
