Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: (material responsibilities and essentials duties)
• Provide direct supervision to team members, and work directly with Restaurant Management for support
• Responsible for ensuring all health department, food safety & handling, and safety standards are followed at all times
• Must have open availability to work any shift as needed
• Demonstrate good judgment and consistently set a positive example for team members
• Greet and acknowledge every guest, providing friendly and helpful service consistently
• Demonstrate solid product knowledge
• Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements
• Make burritos, nachos, tacos and other food items as per guests' request
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
• Minimize cash discrepancies so they do not exceed +/- $5.00 per day
• Meet or exceed guest service standards
• Complete housekeeping tasks as needed
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention

Qualifications: (minimum educational and experience qualifications, required proficiencies with specialized knowledge, required certifications, etc.)
• Able to have basic math skills
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Able to independently evaluate current conditions against standard and perform tasks necessary to bring areas to standard.

Must obtain California Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment
Cash handling is required. Cash discrepancies must not exceed +/- $5.00 per day
Some exposure to cleaning products, (bathroom and toilet cleansers, window cleaners, wax, wax stripper, graffiti remover, paint remover etc), paint, and other chemicals is required
Equipment used: tortilla warmer, hot pans, crock pots, knives, CO2
