Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to support smooth, efficient workflows across the practice
- Supervise and support clinical and patient service team members, including onboarding and staff development
- Coordinate staffing schedules and help ensure appropriate coverage for clinic operations
- Serve as a resource for staff, providers, and patients to support communication and problem-solving
- Address day-to-day operational and employee concerns while partnering with leadership on complex matters
- Monitor key clinic metrics, support performance goals, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with budgeting, expense management, and operational planning
- Promote compliance with regulatory, safety, privacy, and organizational standards
- Help foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation, and excellent patient service
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree RN/LPN/CMA or combination of education and experience required.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
- Must hold a current RN, LPN, OR CMA credential
