Here's the Role:
The Construction Management group is seeking a leader to supervise, coordinate and direct daily and long-term activities for our projects! As supervisor, you will lead complex capital construction projects and provide leadership and technical expertise to teams. How You’ll Contribute:
- Hire, train, promote, assign work, manage performance, and oversee staff.
- Coordinate with LCRA stakeholders on scope, schedule, and budget for outage and project work that is planned and emergent.
- Be knowledgeable of technical developments, policy and procedure changes, environmental regulations, safety requirements, industry trends and accurately communicate to staff and personnel.
- Ensure appropriate processes, procedures and records are developed and maintained within the department.
How You’re Qualified:
- Nine or more years of experience in maintenance management, construction management, engineering/field implementation, plant management or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in engineering, construction management, industrial maintenance or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
