What You'll Do:
As a Supervisor, you'll lead daily activities across multiple distribution center functions, including:
- Receiving and inbound operations.
- Order processing and case pick.
- Shipping and loading.
- Returns processing.
- Inventory replenishment.
- General warehouse operations.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse associates.
- Monitoring productivity and balancing workloads to meet operational goals.
- Creating a safe, positive, and high-performing work environment.
- Providing training, tools, and resources to help associates succeed.
- Troubleshooting operational challenges and resolving escalated issues.
- Identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Supporting inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining operational reports and performance documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience.
- Leadership experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
