Own end-to-end product content readiness across assets, attributes, and product activationLead content intake, prioritization, and readiness timelines aligned to product launches and key business momentsEnsure accuracy and completeness of product content through QA processes, audits, and validation standardsEstablish and enforce content quality standards across PDPs, imagery, and product dataConduct final validation on key launches and high-impact deliverablesBuild and standardize workflows, SOPs, and tools to support scalable content operationsLead cross-functional workflows across Product, Creative, Photography, and Site Merchandising to ensure seamless handoffsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency of content deliveryOversee and prioritize day-to-day execution for Digital Content Coordinators and/or contract resourcesStep in to support execution during high-volume periods and resolve blockers impacting product readinessServe as primary point of contact for content readiness, escalations, and issue resolution across partnersAct as the operational "friction absorber," reducing executional burden on Site Merchandising and improving team efficiency
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of ecommerce experience
Required Skills & Experience
7 years of retail experience or industry related experience required2 years of leadership or project management2 or more years of eCommerce experience required
Strong understanding of product content readiness, PDP requirements, and digital asset workflowsExperience managing high-volume, detail-oriented operational processesDemonstrated ability to build and improve workflows, SOPs, and operational systemsStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Office environment/ Hybrid
Travel (5%)
Willing to work some weekends if necessary.
