Position Highlights:
group. The Supervisor has frequent direct contact with administrative and management representatives for project management, budget planning, status reporting, analysis for project direction, staff development, systems development and problem resolution.

Credentials and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree \u2013 Information Technology or healthcare/business related discipline (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)in lieu of a Bachelor's degree:
OR- Associate's degree with an additional four (4) years of relevant technology experience plus the five (5) years (for a total of 9 years) experience may be considered "in lieu" of a Bachelor's degree.
Minimum five (5) years system development, implementation, and support experience is required.
Strong applications development and support experience; business and back-office systems preferred
Experience in day to day IT operations, production support, and service management methodologies; ITIL preferred
Strong project management skills
Proven ability to learn new skills and technology
Demonstrated analytic, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
Demonstrated consultation, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Ability and interest in coaching and mentoring team members
Demonstrated experience with IT standards and best practices for application development, service management, and project management
Performance improvement / process management knowledge and experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project, Visio, and website navigation
