Assist in the preparation of appropriate paperwork submission (CAR) for these projects and monitors projects progress./liliCoordinates and oversees the work of contractors to assure schedules are met and work is completed according to specifications and in adherence to appropriate safety procedures./liliCoordinates with EHSS representatives activities related with fire/security systems, weekend staffing, holiday walk-through and call-ins on off hours./liliExecutes preventive maintenance programs to ensure facility operations are not interrupted./liliAnalyzes space utilization and recommends and administrates effective changes as required./liliPerforms other duties as required./liliApproves time-sheets and Associates time off requests to ensure the department is adequately staffed/liliManages staff(s); performance, development and training process to ensure a highly skilled and engaged workforce/liliResponsible for the review and communication of annual performance reviews/li/ulpEducation Experience: Minimum Education: High School Graduate; with some appropriate post-secondary education, relating to the Maintenance field.
