Reports to: Manager - Field Services
Position Summary:
The Supervisor - Field Services Training is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and continuously improving the MIRATECH Field Services training, qualification, and certification programs. This position serves as the organizational owner of technician onboarding, technical training, certification administration, competency development, qualification verification, training records, instructor development, and recurring workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Technical Education, Business, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of technical training, certifications, and relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in field service, commissioning, maintenance, technical support, training, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, training, or workforce development experience.
Experience developing and delivering technical training programs preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, learning management systems, and other business platforms.
Working knowledge of root cause analysis, quality systems, and technical documentation practices.
Communication Skills
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Capable of developing technical training materials, procedures, and instructional content.
Organizational Skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating across departments.
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel up to 50% as required to support training delivery, field evaluations, audits, customer training, and workforce development initiatives.
