$21.50/hour (Bi-Weekly Pay)

Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Weekend work may be required

Job Summary

LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Fleet Detailing Supervisor to oversee daily fleet cleaning operations for city buses. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising the detailing team, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating daily operations, and assisting with fleet cleaning and disinfecting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the fleet detailing team

• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee attendance and break schedules

• Perform quality inspections on completed buses

• Wash and detail the interior and exterior of city buses

• Ensure buses are cleaned, disinfected, and ready for service

• Manage daily workflow and labor assignments

• Communicate with clients, management, and team members

• Follow OSHA, PPE, and company safety procedures

• Assist with hands-on fleet detailing as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of fleet detailing experience preferred

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
