What We Offer

• Pay: $15.50–$18.50/hr
• Pay: Health Insurance plan fully covered
• Hours: 40+/week, 2 PM shifts weekly, Saturdays needed
• PTO: 1 week per year

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts with confidence
• Keep things clean, calm, and organized
• Coach and support team members
• Solve problems and make smart calls on the fly
• Make sure guests leave happy and full

What We’re Looking For

• Natural leader with a positive attitude
• Great with time management and multitasking
• Loves helping people succeed
• Can stay cool under pressure
• Knows how to have fun while getting things done

What Success Looks Like

• 90% or higher on checklists & cleanliness scores
• 99%+ on quality and food safety assessments
• 100% completion of daily SAFE/eRQA assessments
• Less than 1.5% food cost gap
• Productivity: $73/hour or higher at end of the month
