Supervisor

Join our team as a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor! We are seeking a motivated leader to oversee overnight manufacturing operations, ensure safety and quality standards, drive productivity, and support employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees on 3rd shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Monitor production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Address production issues, staffing needs, and equipment concerns.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams to support plant performance.
• Complete production reports and communicate shift updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, food processing, or metal fabrication environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, 3rd Shift (overnight) with overtime as needed.
