Position Summary
Forsyth Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor. This leadership position provides administrative, operational, and clinical oversight for the hospital during assigned hours, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and efficient hospital operations.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hospital-wide leadership and administrative oversight during assigned shifts.
- Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to address operational and clinical needs.
- Support staffing decisions and resource allocation to ensure quality patient care.
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
- Promote patient safety, service excellence, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate communication between departments and assist in resolving operational concerns.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff throughout the facility.
- Support organizational goals, quality initiatives, and patient experience efforts.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN/BA/BS) required.
- Graduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of previous nursing experience required.
- Previous management experience preferred.
