- Provide supervision, leadership, and evaluation of assigned staff; manage schedules and track the progress of deliverables.
- Coordinate receiving and shipping schedules to meet deadlines.
- Manage inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and storage procedures; analyze operational needs and identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
- Clearly convey daily goals to the team and reporting to upper management.
- Supervise the receiving and processing of warehouse network inventory and ensure prep for installation.
- Manage and support regular and annual inventory auditing processes and ensure documentation meets standards.
- Assist both internal and external auditors with locating networking equipment.
- Handle unexpected disruptions such as equipment failures, missing inventory, or staffing shortages.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations; coach team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and best practices.
- Comply with all District policies, E-Rate policies & procedures and departmental procedures.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the Network, Service Center & CAM departments and with service providers/vendors.
- Remain flexible to handle changing business needs, policies, laws, and operational challenges.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
