What You Will Do:
Provide leadership and supervision to Recovery Specialists, ensuring the provision of quality care that incorporates a clinical understanding of related health care issues.
Take part in on-call rotation.
Support the ongoing development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and role modeling.
Maintain oversight of the medication room in collaboration with the program-designated nurse, when applicable.
Assist in the selection of staff and resolution of personnel issues.
Assist in coaching and counseling of employees under the direction of the Program Director.
Oversee client activities.
Facilitate the efficient delivery of individual care through interdepartmental collaboration.
Maintain verbal and written communication with staff members as appropriate.
Recognize and adhere to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
Question appropriateness of standards of care, policies & procedures, and protocols.
Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
Provide accurate and timely documentation.
Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-services, and mandatory trainings.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Ability to communicate directions to staff clearly and appropriately.
Proficient with MS Office, internet, and email systems.
Two years sobriety preferred.
