Position Overview:
Supervises and oversees the day-to-day activities related to the diagnostic imaging services that may include radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, ultrasound, computed tomography, nuclear medicine and/or magnetic resonance imaging services. Ensures consistent delivery of high value quality services to support effective outcomes. Oversees and facilitates daily operations, and liaises with other patient care departments to ensure service integration, and safe and effective delivery of services. Establishes work priorities, and assists staff in resolving operational issues/problems. Implements and enforces adherence to department, affiliate, operating unit, and/or system standards, policies and procedures, the Joint Commission (TJC) standards, and applicable laws and regulations Identifies and implements cost savings and best practices, using Lean or other process improvement methods and concepts. Collaborates with others to coordinate services, streamline and standardize workflows and procedures, and/or drive positive outcomes.

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists
OR CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist
OR NMT-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
OR ARDMS-American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
OR CT-Computed Tomography
OR RHM-Radiology Mammography
OR ARMRIT-Certified MRI Technologist
OR RCS-Registered Cardiac Sonographer
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience.

Pay Range is $83.18 to $112.28 / hour
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
