Job Summary: Plan, organize, and supervise staff assigned to implement and maintain organization-wide integrated data systems including networks and software applications operating on various platforms.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, and supervises staff for the implementation and maintenance of integrated data systems, networks, and software applications.
Oversees organization-wide IT infrastructure, ensures seamless operation on various platforms.
Safeguards compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated and efficient data systems.
Provides strategic direction for IT initiatives and technological advancements.
Monitors and optimizes network performance to meet organizational objectives.
Stays current with industry trends and recommends technology upgrades as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Programs, IT Systems, or related field. Advanced or Master's degree in related field preferred. 6 years' experience in IT Management or related position. 8+ years' experience preferred. Certifications in big data analytics or coding programs such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus.

Work Environment:
Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.
Occasional travel as the job may require visiting customers and project sites.
