Location: Oregon 97058 | Pay: $2,594–$2,905/week | Shift: Day
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
ASCP or MT-AMT certification (required in OR & HI)
5+ years clinical lab experience preferred; hospital CLS experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise technologists, phlebotomists, and lab support staff
Maintain lab policies, procedures, and quality standards
Ensure specimen integrity, proper handling, and accurate testing
Manage inventory, scheduling, and staff performance evaluations
Comply with CLIA, CAP, FDA, Joint Commission, AABB, and OSHA
Rotate as CLS in multiple lab departments as needed
Weekend coverage and occasional call required
Use Epic EMR for documentation
