Pay: $18/Hour Base + Production Incentives
Potential Earnings: $25+/Hour When Team Goals Are Met
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 PM–Until Finished (Typically 2:30 AM)

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a dependable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor / Lead to oversee our furniture unloading operation in Jacksonville, FL.

Your primary responsibility is to manage your teams, keep production moving, and ensure the site reaches its daily production goal. You will oversee approximately 10–15 employees while coordinating multiple teams working on different trailers.

THIS IS HOT, PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK.

Our teams unload heavy furniture and boxes directly from trailers. Boxes can weigh 5–150 lbs., and trailers can become extremely hot.

Your primary role is to manage the team — not be the team. However, you must be physically capable of assisting inside trailers when staffing or production needs require it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and motivate teams of 10–15 employees

• Keep teams on pace to meet the daily site production goal

• Monitor trailer progress and address production issues

• Track attendance, trailer times, and hourly employees

• Communicate shift updates and production information to management

• Conduct weekly safety topics and safety observations

• Enforce safe unloading procedures and company policies

• Address unsafe behavior and hold employees accountable

• De-escalate employee conflicts and maintain a positive work environment

• Assist with unloading when operational needs require it

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Leadership, warehouse, unloading, or physical labor experience preferred

• Ability to work in hot trailers and a physically demanding environment

• Ability to repeatedly lift and maneuver heavy boxes up to 150 lbs.

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills

• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Comfortable holding employees accountable for safety and performance

• Ability to remain calm and de-escalate difficult situations

• Physically capable and willing to assist your team in the trailers when needed
