This role supervises hourly skilled trades in machining, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
Responsibilities include coordinating with technical support, resolving machining and assembly issues, and reporting on operations.
The position is primarily for 1st shift with flexibility for other shifts and overtime as needed.
Qualifications include 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in a union environment, with experience in machining and assembly.
Knowledge of G&M Codes, MS Office, and overhead cranes is a plus.
Must be motivated to support the team and resolve issues promptly.
