Front Line Manager - Machining oversees hourly skilled trades in machining, supporting fabrication work and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities include supervising shift teams, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards, and working with support groups to address manufacturing issues.
This role primarily covers 3rd shift with flexibility for other shifts and overtime.
Qualifications include 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in machining or assembly, with experience in G&M codes, MS Office, and overhead cranes a plus.
Must be motivated to resolve issues and available for overtime.
Compensation includes a salary range based on market factors, with potential benefits and incentives.
Position requires U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a security clearance, and adherence to safety protocols.
