We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled mechanics in a fast-paced candy packaging facility. This on-site role involves managing daily maintenance tasks, overseeing equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and urgent repairs to ensure smooth operations. The supervisor will assign work, conduct inspections, coordinate with production teams, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
- Lead and develop a maintenance team, ensuring efficient, safe work practices.
- Perform routine inspections, coordinate repairs, and manage parts inventory.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
- Support plant safety, train staff, and ensure adherence to policies.
- Requires troubleshooting skills, supervisory experience, and strong communication.
- Preferred experience in food manufacturing, electrical troubleshooting, and TPM programs.
