Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining equipment and Team Members in the module plant. The incumbent also develops, coordinates, and anticipates the continuous improvement of equipment.
Responsibilities:

Supervise planning for Maintenance
- Planning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly shifts of related equipment and team members.
- Planning equipment PM schedule, shutdown, repairs related to equipment.
Performance supervising for equipment
- Control and report downtime/MTTR/MTBF/3R5S for shift.
- Report weekly/monthly result and plan for shift.
- Report weekly/monthly attendance analysis for shift.
- Control 3R5S in work areas related to maintenance property and equipment.
Team Training
- Evaluate skills and performance/Creating Plans.
- Report training results and improvement progress.
Communication
- Communicate with each dept., vendors & contractors regarding maintenance.
- Report information after shift change meeting regarding any maintenance daily issue.
Health and Safety
- Control Personal Protective Equipment (OSHA and Mobis Standards) in charge of shift.
- Schedule team member training with EHS related to safety requirement.
- Creating, reviewing, and updating equipment check sheets.
- List-up for inconsistency of equipment with countermeasure.
- Control for daily downtime reporting of all processes.
- Reporting trouble reports with major downtime.
- Implementing continuous improvements to equipment.
- Control for repairing parts. (Make list and monitor until complete)
- Control for performing weekend work plan includes shutdown and holidays with results.
- Creating notification and work orders in SAP for preventive, corrective, and breakdowns.
- Assisting with new equipment installation with engineering cooperation.
- Document process data required per ADEM and OEM related equipment.
- Check and record for lighting all inspection area.
- Support reviewing, interviewing, recommendations for hiring.
- Maintain performance records for team members.
- Comply with and promote workplace safety, including attendance at safety meetings and conducting safety meetings when needed.

Qualifications:

Required Education & Experience:
- High school graduate and 5 more years in Maintenance experience
- Technical College degree and 3 more years in Maintenance experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Good knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Some knowledge of Robots
- Some knowledge of Microsoft office
- Some knowledge of Auto CAD
- Ability to understanding module functions in JIS (Just In Time) Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to draw concept layouts and rite equipment specifications for purchasing facilities, jigs, workstation, line-side racks, etc.
- Research and request quotations from suppliers (equipment, tool, fixtures, purchased components, etc.)
- Must have past leadership experience
- Other tasks as assigned
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Educated and experience of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for documentation
- 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD/CATIA) proficiency

Working Conditions:
- 50% in office, 50% on production floor or 70% in office, 30% on production floor
- Traversing production floor
- Use of protective equipment, devices, and clothing
- Ascending/descending ladders
- Lifting 40-50 lbs.
- Possible international travel to Headquarters
- Domestic travel to customers, suppliers, or other sites as needed
- Overtime and weekend work as needed
- Subject to change as needed
