This leadership role oversees the Production Department, ensuring the delivery of quality, on-time, and safe products.
- Lead and manage production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met or exceeded, including cGMP guidelines.
- Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor production progress to meet goals.
- Maintain training compliance, review batch records, and execute SAP transactions accurately.
- Handle employee relations, including attendance, time-off, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
- Support projects and attend manufacturing meetings.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of related experience, supervisory skills, knowledge of cGMP, and strong leadership abilities.
Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and meeting English proficiency requirements.
Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, with benefits such as 401(k), medical coverage, paid holidays, and more.
