Job SummaryThe Supervisor, Manufacturing Maintenance leads daily maintenance activities and directly supervises maintenance technicians. This role ensures equipment reliability, safe work practices, and effective response to breakdowns and preventive maintenance needs.Essential Job Functions*
Supervise daily maintenance activities and technician assignments.Prioritize maintenance work based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality.Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and safety regulations.Coordinate breakdown response and recovery.Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.Monitor maintenance backlog, downtime, and performance metrics.Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management for technicians.Partner with operations to minimize equipment downtime.Support maintenance documentation and CMMS accuracy.Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, operations, or a related field preferred.6+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.Prior leadership experience preferred.

Packaging- Material Handler: Self-paced, 8 hr shifts. May be exposed to fumes, loud noises, and extreme temperatures infrequently. Functional near, far and peripheral vision and functional hearing required.
