Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $67,100.00 - $100,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. What You’ll Do
You’ll supervise a team of dedicated mechanics, ensuring quality work as they resurrect cars for remarketing. You’ll roll up your sleeves every day and build your future in a field you can’t get enough of. Here’s a peek at your day:
Provides day-to-day direction andguidance to Auto Maintenance teammembers and allied vendors/serviceproviders.
Supervises and directs the work ofassigned Technicians by determining workprocedures, expediting workflow,assigning duties, and examining work foraccuracy and conformance to policies andprocedures.
Ensures the full range of service/repairwork is performed according to companystandards, applicable regulation andcustomer expectations; work includesOil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush,Vehicle inspection – for safety,operational effectiveness and minordeficiencies,Various repairs and maintenance,including onboard diagnosticssystems, brake components, tires,tune-ups, suspension components,aerial lifts electrical systems, interior/exterior components, engine anddrive line components, etc.
Purchases equipment, materials, andsupplies.
Supervises the completion of work orderforms to ensure accurate vehicle records.
Approves and forwards bills and invoicesto Accounting.
Reviews work volumes, plans and monitors staff levels to ensure efficiency, quality and effective customerservice.
Ensures shop and work areas are keptclean and tidy.
Enforces company policies and proceduresrelated to employee and customerconduct.
Visibly demonstratesa commitment tosafety by following all safety and healthprocedures and modeling the rightbehaviors.
Conducts periodic spot checks ofcompleted jobs for thoroughness andquality.
Mentors and teaches Technicians toensure the overall growth of the team.
Who You Are

HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience in a related field (vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical and/or body shop experience); or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license .
Preferred:
ASE certifications in automotiverepair.
