Pay: We offer a competitive hourly range of $25.00 - $29.83, depending on your experience.
General Purpose: The Supervisor - Medical Assistant provides supervision, training, and coaching to Medical Assistants under the supervision of the Clinical Nurse Director. This role includes direct patient care time (75%) and administrative time (25%). Administrative time includes assisting with timecard review and approval, scheduling, staffing, training, progress reviews, disciplinary action, and site meetings.

Pay Information:
We offer a competitive hourly range of $25.00 - $29.83, depending on your experience. Certified Medical Assistants will earn an additional $1.00 per hour on top of the base pay rate.
This range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.
