Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team members and support the Maintenance Supervisor in completing daily maintenance activities and projects.

• PLC experience is required. Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), including troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and supporting PLC-controlled machinery and equipment.

• Perform electrical, mechanical, fabrication, assembly, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and systems.

• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and maintain accurate work records in the Maintenance Management/PM System.

• Plan and lay out projects, order parts and materials, and train personnel in the safe and efficient use of equipment and processes.

• Champion safety, quality, and lean manufacturing initiatives and ensure team members follow all required safety programs and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year post-secondary trade school education in industrial electricity and/or mechanics, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting with advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair skills.

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience strongly preferred; experience supporting maintenance in a metals manufacturing facility is also strongly preferred.

• Forklift operator license or ability to obtain one with training; strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills required.

• Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment, wear required PPE and a respirator, lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50-100 lbs. occasionally, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.

• Must be able to travel between both New Castle facilities and be available for overtime, extra shifts, and occasional coverage or projects as needed.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $32-$38 per hour

• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire

• Benefits after Probation period
