    We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! Organization: Position Overview: Job Description: EDUCATION: • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: • RN-Registered Nurse of California • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: • 5 years of recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: • Demonstrate basic nursing skills. • Demonstrate effective English verbal and written communication skills. • Self directed in coordinating the care plan for patient care delivery. • Completion of SMF orientation: Basic Skills Assessment, Epic and IDX course work and competency assessment. • Demonstrate knowledge of community resources, legal policies relating to patient decisions and outcomes. • Demonstrate skills in delegation, leadership and team management concepts. • Demonstrate knowledge of the performance standards of other team members. • Completion of department specific orientation. • Computer skills, including Epic, Intelliden and IDX. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidates experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Healths comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
