Position Overview:


Provides clinical and administrative leadership for nursing clinic operations across multiple locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Oversees personnel, workflows, and daily operations while supporting the integration and alignment of resources across department locations. Demonstrates strong knowledge of change management and effective communication to lead teams through operational, clinical, and organizational initiatives.


Leads and executes process improvement initiatives aligned with performance dashboards and organizational goals. Monitors outcomes and implements action plans based on employee, clinician, and patient satisfaction survey results. Consistently implements and monitors policies, workflows, competency validation, and training to ensure compliance, consistency, and excellence in care delivery.


Provides direct patient care within license and scope of practice, with less than 50% of time spent performing direct care activities. Requires prior leadership experience, ambulatory care experience, and demonstrated expertise in primary care triage to effectively support teams and patients across all assigned locations.

Job Description :


EDUCATION:


+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.


CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:


+ RN-Registered Nurse of California

+ BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:


+ 5 years of recent relevant experience.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:


+ Demonstrate basic nursing skills.

+ Demonstrate effective English verbal and written communication skills.

+ Self directed in coordinating the care plan for patient care delivery.

+ Completion of SMF orientation: Basic Skills Assessment, Epic and IDX course work and competency assessment.

+ Demonstrate knowledge of community resources, legal policies relating to patient decisions and outcomes.

+ Demonstrate skills in delegation, leadership and team management concepts.

+ Demonstrate knowledge of the performance standards of other team members.

+ Completion of department specific orientation.

+ Computer skills, including Epic, Intelliden and IDX.
