As a Supervisor of Clinical Admissions, you'll be the frontline clinical leader who ensures the seamless and compassionate onboarding of new residents. From conducting assessments to directing care planning and leading interdisciplinary communication, you'll be a trusted guide and support system during each new admission.

As a Supervisor of Clinical Admissions, you will:

  • Lead Admission Process - Complete comprehensive assessments, documentation, and care plans for each resident during admission. Ensure all regulatory and internal standards are met and that families feel informed, supported, and welcomed throughout the process.
  • Support Clinical Excellence & Compliance - Monitor resident conditions, lead or assist with care conferences, and ensure ongoing compliance with psychotropic monitoring, lab follow-up, informed choice documentation, and other regulatory requirements. Partner with pharmacy on medication administration, storage, and accuracy.
  • Coach & Develop Clinical Team Members - Provide supervision, mentoring, and real-time guidance to Charge Nurses, Clinical Assistants, and TMAs. Lead performance evaluations and performance conversations, while fostering an environment of accountability, engagement, and learning.
  • Collaborate Across Departments - Partner with interdisciplinary teams to align care priorities, facilitate smooth transitions, and maintain high standards of communication and documentation. Understand organizational needs and connect your unit's work to broader goals.

This job also requires:

  • Current Minnesota RN license.
  • Experience with clinical assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary communication.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.
