Supervisor of Facilities & Projects

We’re looking for a driven and experienced leader to oversee grounds, equipment, and project management operations supporting our PIPESTONE assets.

In this role, you’ll lead maintenance project efforts—coordinating priorities, managing vendor relationships, supporting construction projects, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. From overseeing day-to-day operations to guiding teams and managing budgets, this position is key to delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:
Leading maintenance and project divisions
Managing bids, contracts, and project finances
Supporting construction scheduling and quality control
Building strong vendor and contractor partnerships
Developing and leading a high-performing team
