Job Summary
We design and manufacture military and commercial rotating equipment, such as steam turbines, gas turbine generator sets, and permanent magnet motors for power generation, ship propulsion and other commercial applications. 1st shift team works from 5 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent combination of Associates degree in a technical discipline with 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, production planning and communication skills
Experience with Industrial Engineering concepts and 5S/6S techniques
Knowledge and familiarity with standards (ISO, AS9100, etc.)
Ability to work beyond scheduled shift when required
US citizen
Additional Desired Qualifications
Navy Nuclear or Shipyard experience a plus
Previous Motor Manufacturing experience strongly desired
Experience with Mechanical Assembly desired
Experience or familiarity with Controlled Work Packages desired
Physical Requirements
Position requirements required lifting (up to 30 pounds), walking, climbing, bending, sitting, standing, stooping and ability to work with and handle live magnets. Some occasional travel may be required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
The salary range for this position is $72,654-$103,895. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
