The Human Resources team builds collaborative strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support the organization's mission, goals and initiatives. As the Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of benefits within the Human Resources division. You will provide supervision of assigned staff to include employment decisions and the prioritization of assignments including giving guidance and serve as an escalation point on operational issues, as needed. The Supervisor will oversee and/or participate on projects related to strategic initiatives in assigned functional areas. You will be responsible for internal and external, building solid, profitable relationships through the delivery of exceptional customer service, mutual respect, understanding and trust.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and related experience. Three (3) years of direct experience in Human Resources operations related functions in roles with progressively increased responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Human Resources related professional certifications (SHRM, etc.). Clinical licensure/certification (RN, PT, OR, RT, etc). Supervisory experience. Prior healthcare background.
