Experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

Newport News

Monday- Saturday | 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

$16 - $17/hour | Weekly Pay

Are you ready to lead a team, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional service?

This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in retail, restaurants, warehouses, janitorial services, or other service-driven industries.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations and maintain high cleaning standards across multiple locations
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 15-20 cleaners
• Conduct inspections and provide hands-on support when needed
• Nurture strong relationships with clients and employees

What You Won't Do:

• Hiring, scheduling, or chasing supplies - we've got dedicated staff for that!
• Handle difficult situations alone - our management team is nearby and ready to support you.

Requirements:

️ 2+ years of leadership experience

️ Strong communication skills (in person, phone, text, and email)

️ Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

️ Passion for quality work and customer service

Part-Time Evening Cleaner

Monday- Friday | 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM

$13/hour | Weekly Pay
