Supervisor Outpatient Behavioral Programs

Overview

Supervisor for co-occurring adolescent IOP programs located in Crystal and Princeton MN.  Functions both as a program or site supervisor, as well as an interdisciplinary team member who provides services to our clients within the scope of the psychotherapy practice. Manages the day to day operations, including staffing, scheduling, efficiency, patient experience, performance, and quality assurance. Leads quality improvement initiatives, hires and trains new team members, conducts performance reviews, and provides direct care. Applies evidence-based clinical interventions, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Completes diagnostic assessment and bills under a physician.

Required Qualifications

• Master of Arts in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or closely related field
• 2 years post licensure experience in mental health and/or chemical dependency treatment experience
• One of the following Licensures 
  • LICSW
  • Licensed Psychologist
  • Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
  • LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
• LADC Preferred
