Position Details

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (Town Hall Health Center) - On-Site

FTE: 1.000

Standard Hours: 40

Shift: 1

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Patient Access Service Representative staff and patient flow. Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the management of systems and staff for the functions outlined in the job standards below. Maintains productivity levels to allow for timely and accurate completion of all activities.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience working in a clinic or other medical office setting is required. A minimum of 1 to 2 years previous supervisory experience in a clinic or other medical setting is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Associates Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field is required. In lieu of the educational requirement, 2 years of supervisory experience is required. Bachelors Degree preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Working knowledge of personal computer and other office equipment. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated evidence of leadership and initiative. Ability to interact with people effectively. Proven success at managing a customer service area. Knowledge of management practices, including supervision, hiring and disciplinary procedures. Skill in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision making and problem solving expertise.
