Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring an experienced Supervisor of Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (OT) to provide in-home therapy services while also serving in a supervisory leadership role.

What You'll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform evaluations, reassessments, and progress monitoring of pediatric patients

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals

  • Provide skilled interventions to improve ADLs, sensory integration, motor skills, cognition, and functional independence

  • Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications

  • Educate and support families and caregivers for carryover

  • Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Document all care in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

Leadership & Supervision Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

  • Maintain oversight of assistant caseloads and documentation compliance

  • Conduct monthly direct observation visits and performance support

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and competency development

  • Review and co-sign documentation, including treatment plans and notes

  • Support onboarding, training, and development of new clinicians

  • Assist with caseload growth, staffing support, and coverage needs

  • Participate in discipline meetings, QA/QI initiatives, and special projects

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license - Colorado

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Current CPR certification

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Pediatric and/or home health experience

  • Previous supervisory or mentoring experience

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Full-time position with a combination of clinical and supervisory responsibilities

  • Maintain 5-10 patient visits per week

  • Flexible scheduling based on caseload and team needs

  • Frequent travel within assigned Colorado territories
