Supervisor - Production 2Nd Shift

Lead the team. Drive results. Make an impact.We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role works 2nd shift, from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. You'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while developing high-performing teams and championing continuous improvement.What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop production employeesDrive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performanceManage production schedules, staffing, and workflow prioritiesChampion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and HR to meet customer expectationsMonitor key operational metrics and drive measurable results

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience may be considered5+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experienceProven ability to motivate teams and improve operational performanceExperience with Lean Manufacturing methodologiesStrong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsA positive, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
