As the Production Supervisor, Co-Pack Department, you'll oversee daily operations, lead and develop warehouse staff, and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity. You'll ensure your team meets operational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Location: On-site, Ruskin, FL

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4AM-4PM with ability to work outside, before, or after scheduled hours as business needs arise as well as on-call for emergencies.

Competitive Compensation: Attractive annual salary of $70,000-$72,000, plus a bonus opportunity. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shipping/receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements
  • Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and track team performance against KPIs
  • Train and certify team members on equipment operation, OSHA compliance, and audit readiness
  • Operate a sit-down forklift and ensure safe equipment usage across the team
  • Develop and manage schedules, assign and monitor work, and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely, accurate documentation of shipments
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Resolve employee and customer concerns both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain personnel records, manage timekeeping, and approve payroll
  • Enforce safety policies, manage incident reporting, and conduct investigations as needed
  • Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of hourly and temporary associates
