Overview:

To ensure efficient and safe power generation operations, consider the following responsibilities of Utilities Operations Team Captain:

  • Oversee daily operations of power generation facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to prevent downtime.
  • Manage and train staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare reports on operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
Responsibilities:

In fulfilling their role, Utilities Operations Team Captain perform various specific tasks including:

  • Scheduling and overseeing the routine inspection and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment within Utilities.
  • Implementing and supervising operational and safety procedures to adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
