In your role, you will:
How to thrive in this role?
You have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
You bring 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
You have experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing inspection environments
You have a strong working knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 quality standards
AS9100 Lead Auditor certification is preferred
You understand quality control principles, process control, statistical inspection methods, and blueprint reading
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to apply mathematical, geometric, and mechanical reasoning in practical settings
You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
You are detail-oriented and bring sound judgment, strong analytical capability, and practical decision-making skills
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are confident presenting information to a range of audiences
You are proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business software tools
You are a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident in accordance with ITAR requirements
