    Job Description
    Supervisor, Radiology – Greater Boston RegionOverview

    A leading healthcare facility in the Greater Boston region is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to oversee daily imaging operations, support technologist performance, and ensure high quality diagnostic services across multiple care settings. This leadership role blends hands on clinical expertise with team coordination, workflow optimization, and a strong commitment to patient centered care.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely patient throughput

    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to radiologic technologists and imaging staff

    • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and assignment of daily duties

    • Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

    • Support onboarding, training, and competency development for imaging staff

    • Collaborate with radiologists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize imaging services

    • Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance or service needs

    • Participate in performance evaluations and contribute to departmental improvement initiatives

    • Perform radiographic procedures as needed to support department operations

    Schedule
    • Full time leadership role

    • Day shift with potential for occasional off shift support

    • May participate in limited call rotation depending on department needs

    Qualifications
    • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

    • ARRT (R) certification required

    • Massachusetts state license required (or willing to obtain)

    • Prior experience as a Radiologic Technologist required

    • Leadership, charge, or supervisory experience strongly preferred

    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
