Supervisor, Rehabilitation Services

Position Summary This position provides clinical leadership of patient care services and directs supervision of Therapists and support staff to ensure consistent provision of developmentally appropriate quality patient care in accordance with all applicable federal regulatory professional standards and requirements. Education Bachelors Degree or higher in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Masters in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited University. Required Experience Three or more years of Professional Pediatric Clinical experience. Required Previous SupervisoryManagement experience. Preferred Certifications Current State of Arizona License in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology by start date. Required Current Specialty Certification in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology. Preferred Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association by start date. Required If a speech pathologist current ASHA certification. Required
