Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations at the retail sales range counter to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking to maintain product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and events.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment for all team members.
Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE a valid FOID card to work in a firearms retail environment.
  • Previous experience in retail management or sales, preferably in the firearms industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of firearms and related products is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or firearms training are a plus.
