AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN) SUPERVISOR, INTERMEDIATE CARE UNIT, you'll be responsible for managing patient care, assuring quality, and assisting in the supervision of other professionals and healthcare workers on the General Medical Surgical Unit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice permit
Have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (preferred)
Have Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification
Have ACLS certification
Have PALS certification
Have a desire to develop management skills
Have ability to work flexible hours including shift, weekends, holidays, etc.
Have previous floor care experience (preferred)
Be a team player
