The Supervisor Security Response oversees the hospital's security operations, ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors. Strong leadership and effective communication skills are essential for responding promptly and professionally to incidents.
Experience: 3 years of experience in the field or related area. Prior Law Enforcement, Military, and/or Corrections preferred.
Education: High School or equivalent
Special Skills: Successful completion of the Louisiana POST Firearms Qualification. Ability to multi-task, deal with stressful high energy situations while remaining calm in critical situations. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with difficult and/or demanding individuals. Must be able to make decisions quickly. Must be a mentor to all shift Security Representatives.
Licensure: Valid Louisiana Driver''s License
