Supervisor - Security (Swing shift and Overnight Shift)

Supervises shift in Security Shift Manager’s absence (i.e., assigned days off, in training, PTO, call-offs, FMLA, etc.). Assists Security Shift Manager when both are on duty by overseeing floor activity, freeing up the Shift Manager to do scheduling, reviews, etc. The Security Shift Supervisor helps to provide for a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and company assets. Supervises security staff on assigned shift. Directs staff and assists in the handling of incidents and emergencies. Summons police/fire/medical agencies as needed. Follows all gaming regulations, oversees required drops. May schedule employees and assign tasks. Provides input on performance for performance evaluations to Shift Manager and Director. Must be able to be licensed with IRGC
